Service Approach Field Sales: Specializing in one of the four major markets served by Wallace Eannace (industrial, commercial, institutional, residential) our field sales team provides troubleshooting, design, application, and product line information. Product Services: Each of our sales regions fields a team equipped to handle mechanical equipment problems. In-warranty repairs are performed either at the warehouse/service facility or in the field. Field Technical Service: Our technical service engineers provide answers to application questions and help troubleshoot system problems. Inside Sales/Customer
Service: Our inside sales group has an in-depth understanding of product applications
and can deliver accurate prompt equipment sizing, selection, and pricing information. We believe in the value of technical support and technical education for our industry. Our engineers use the latest information technology and can offer on-the-spot selection, design, layout, pricing, harmonic analysis, specifications, CAD drawings, calculations of performance, and operating costs of HVAC fluid handling and steam systems. We contribute to industry education through our technical presentations, seminars, and training workshops. * Wallace Eannace Associates, Inc. engineers, along with instructors from ITT Fluid Handling, offer in-house technical seminars that range from basic training for new engineers to advanced seminars on complex cooling and condenser water systems. * Our training workshops educate distributors on our products and their application. * We provide training and present informational seminars for mechanical contractors, technicians and building personnel.
